Headshots.

Headshots are up close and personal. Taken from the chest up, I want to capture you looking confident yet approachable. As we shoot together, I’ll coach you through different angles, postures, emotions, and ultimately toward your best expression.

Session.

We’ll review images throughout the session to see what’s working, make adjustments, and create images you’re excited to show off. Sessions last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on how many images and looks you’ve selected.

Location.

Headshot sessions will take place in Wes’ home studio.

Clothing.

Solid, neutral colors always photograph well and help keep the focus on you. I also recommend wearing something you’re comfortable in so the images feel more natural. Ideally, you’ll bring a number of options for us to shoot with and see what’s best.

Makeup & Hair.

Studio lights can sometimes exaggerate makeup, so it’s best to start with a more natural look. Then, once we see how you’re showing up in the lights, you can add to it if we feel like we need it.

Bring any products and tools you might need to add to or touch up your makeup, and please come with your hair styled how you want it.

I don’t recommend makeup on men.

Retouching.

All selected images will go through my retouching workflow to remove any blemishes while keeping your true-to-life, natural look. The result is an image that doesn’t look retouched but has you looking your absolute best.

Any images not selected will be deleted.

Additional Images.

If you like more images than the amount you initially selected, you can purchase additional images for $100 per image.

Delivery.

Images will be shared within 7 business days after the session via a digital download link available for thirty days. If there’s any additional retouching you’d like done, you can request your specific revisions. Depending on the amount and complexity of the request, an additional fee may be required.
